Who Are We?
We are Evans Trading Ltd (company number 8875348) (vat number 155 1123 45) the owners and operator trading as 484 Office furniture. We own the following website www.484officefurniture.co.uk.
Our registered office and main trading office address is at 484 Woodbridge Road, Ipswich, IP4 4PS. 01473 713336.
We amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to order Items, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. These Terms were most recently updated on 12 March 2018.
When you purchase Items and/or Services from us, the contract formed is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
These Terms are governed by English law. This means your use of the Sites and any contract for the purchase of Items through the Sites; and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the same will be governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out if these Terms or your use of the Sites.

Items on our website
We have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Items. A visit to the showroom will always be of benefit to you.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, measurements, descriptions and prices of Items are as accurate as possible.
Prices for Items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched.
The price of an item does not include VAT (or similar sales tax) (where applicable) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller.
The price of an Item does not include delivery. You will be provided with details of our delivery charges during the order process.
Making a purchase
Come into our Ipswich Showroom and select the items that you wish to purchase.
We can accept orders over the phone but it is advisable to come in, in person due to the size and colour variables and to see our other showroom stock.
We accept several methods of payment for purchases.
You can pay for items using the following options: BACS, Cash, Credit and Debit Cards. Mastercard and Visa credit cards, Maestro, Delta, Solo or Electron debit cards, American Express charge cards.
You can pay for items in Pound Sterling only.
All Items ordered and delivered remain the property of Evans Trading Ltd until we receive full payment from you.
The options available to you for delivery will vary depending on where you are wanting your items to be delivered to.
Delivery charges will be quoted at the time of placing an order. The amount of delivery charge will depend on the size of the order and on the distance.
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to but also the name of the recipient. We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand.
We do not accept returns, however if you experience any problems and need after-sale assistance you can contact 01473 713336 or email email@example.com. It is at the discretion of the staff at Evans Trading Ltd to resolve any problems from after sales queries.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all Used Office Furniture items, anything after this date we cannot accept liability or responsibility for.
We offer a full 12 month warranty on all our New Office Furniture from the date of purchase.
Please note that products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.

The 10% voucher can be used on any item or items currently available in our showroom in Ipswich.
